Converting from one computer to another?

I am leaving this computer and want to convert all my outlook email (old mail), contacts and limewire/itunes to my laptop. How do I go about doing this? I bought a thumb drive if that helps.

Are you using Outlook? (Not outlook EXPRESS)

If so, you can go to File\Import and Export and export it into a PST file that can be imported into the new computer.
